All consultations are tailored to the individual and so the length may vary. Timings are a guideline only and each individual will receive sufficient time for their session.
Payment can be made via cash, card, cheque or bank transfer. Payment is required either prior to or at the time of your appointment.

cancellation policy
If you cannot attend your appointment, please telephone or email and cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Broken appointments or late cancellations may be charged at the full rate. The clinic runs a tight appointment system so late arrival can unfortunately result in a reduced-length appointment or the need to re-book.
